Shipping/ Postage refers to the service used to courier your products to your address. Handling refers to the time and effort taken to collate your items and get them packed ready for postage.

HANDLING

Mason and Walsh endeavor to have orders placed through the website (masonandwalsh.com.au) ready for postage within 5 business days of receiving your order however unforeseen circumstances may delay this process. It the event handling is delayed Mason and Walsh will notify you of the changes. 

POSTAGE

* Mason and Walsh is not responsible for damage to items caused by services engaged to courier your items e.g. Australia Post. Please contact Mason and Walsh if further assistance is needed.

* Express postage refers to the postage service not to the time taken in handling.
